Frequently Asked Questions
Development for landing pages can take anywhere from 4 to 8 weeks depending on the amount of pages and content need for the site. Custom software / app builds may require more time based on the complexity of the logic and functionality requested. Expect anywhere from 3 to 6 months development time for your app.
First, we set up an initial meeting to understand the scope and complexity of your project / idea. Second we create a functional demo to help visualize the information in our initial meeting. Third we begin development once a monetary commitment of 50% has been fullfilled and a contractual agreement has been signed. Lastly we deliver the app once all functionality has been developed and the client is 100% satisfied with the results.
Unfortunately there are NO refunds. Once a contractual agreement has been established with the client, we will follow the contract to the very end. The client understands the agreement and if the final payment is not made at the end of the development timeline, the app will not be delivered and will be held until the final payment can be made. We will not begin development or accept any payments until the client understands this.
We will send you a secure link to make the initial 50% payment or you can also pay with cash in person to an authorized sales representative.
